My idea of camping

We went camping last week in Montana and I spent a lot of time making cards. Only took a few sheets of cardstock - Basic Gray, Whisper White, Lost Lagoon, Blackberry Bliss, Hello Honey and Sahara Sand; 3 stamp sets - Sea Street, Post Collection and Pretty Postage, one punch, and the new paper stack Moonlight.  Also took my big shot and embossing folders to use on the quilted designs - they make a big difference with the added texture. Made 4 each of the first three and tenth designs, then 2 of each of the other 8 quilted cards = total of 28 cards in 3 days . Add the embellishments to the quilted cards yesterday after I was at home. Off to OWH.

Thank you so much for looking and taking time to leave a comment or two. I appreciated it very much and I may even visit your blog and leave you a little something to smile about.

Thank You Floral

Made the card this morning  but had to wait for the dazzles to dry. Also I went and scrap booked today with a few girlfriends. We had a great time and I completed 8 pages.  So excited but sad at the same time because I am headed back to work full time Friday and will not get to play here or there very often.

This is my card sample for SC439. Love the sketch, was quite easy to put together. Yesterday I found the color challenge at Color Q blog and had to use it. The colors are great together but had to go searching for some of the old paper and ink for the Ruby Red. Adding to my Thank You card stash for future use.

Supplies used:

Stamps: Mixed Bunch, Morning Meadow

Paper: Basic Gray, So Saffron, Whisper White, Daffodil Delight  from Quatrafancy DSP, and

Ruby Red from an old package of Ginger Blossoms DSP

Ink: Ruby Red, Basic Gray

Accessories: Crystals Dazzles, Basic Gray Satin Ribbon, Mixed Bunch Punch, Pretty Petals EF

I appreciate all comments, questions, etc. Do not be afraid to let me know what you think of my card.
